We have a large semi-detached victorian property. It had a leak into the house and we needed the problem investigated and diagnosed. It required replacement of Fascias and Guttering including the removal of leading edge roofing tiles and replacement of felt.Bernard responded to my request for help very promptly and came to give a quote at the time he said. He did a very thorough inspection and provided a clear written quote for doing the work, which itemised what needed doing in detail. Unlike some others, he recognised that scaffolding would be needed and included this in the quote.On accepting the quote he was able to arrange scaffolding within a few days and then started the work immediately, completing the job within three days and arranging to have scaffolding removed the following day. He and his team did a good job, kept us fully informed and even took time to entertain the dog.Bernard's communications throughout were excellent.The work has just been completed but I do not anticipate any problems and and confident that Bernard will respond promptly if there are any. I would use this company again.

Had a leak in our roof Bernard came and used a drone to get close up photos of the problem also examined inside the loft found exactly what the problem related to gave us a quote also to refelt porch roof arrived exactly when he said even though he had broken his ankle the repairs were carried out very efficiently even though they had to work around rain storms cleaned up after job completed sent the drone up for more photos showing the repair absolutely would recommend him for any roofing work and would use him again
