London Clarion Cycle Club

With my friend I signed up for the publicly advertised night Brighton ride. I knew I also needed to join the club but as ride was in July planned to join closer to the date. I then got an email warning me I would be deleted from the event on Eventbrite. I was busy the next day and surprised to get an email in 24 hours stating my entry had been cancelled. When I emailed to complain about the short notice the response was ‘ You won’t be joining the Club. We don’t welcome people with you attitude.’ no name. No apology. The people running this Club need some customer care training..

A great club ,upholding it's socialist roots .I am a proud northerner , I joined and never regretted it.

Great bunch, very friendly, I terestint rides, catering to all levels, an active and very inclusive group. Check out the website to get an idea of what they're about. (Note to another reviewer here; you need to join before you go on club rides. Joining fee is very small.)

Great friendly and inclusive cycling club, social rather than sporty, but most members still love their lycra. Great organisers with very interesting rides, urban as well as country side. ( To give you an idea of the average speed: we cycled through Ireland in less than ten minutes)

London Clarion is a very welcoming club that has a great,diverse membership of every kind of cyclist from daily commuters,touring cyclists,audax riders etc.The club is very well led and organised by Alex and Alan who strongly adhere to the ethos and principles of the founding members of the original Clarion cyclists.Fellowship is life" and there is no finer Fellowship to be had anywhere!"

Fun and friendly group with a mix of different types of rides for different levels. I especially enjoy their themed historical tours of London.

A well organised and very welcoming club.Highly recommend it.
