Sold 2 homes now via chase Holmes and had a first class service both times

Booked a viewing of 56 Kidderminster rd Sunderland for Saturday 2nd April at 10.45. travelled from London to view this property.This was confirmed.On the morning in question I received an email confirming appointment at 13.45.I called them at 10 am and told them appointment was for 10.45 .They apologized,were polite but nobody was available to show me the property.I just cancelled it as I was simply fuming.Looks like they don't need customers.I wonder if the seller shares their view!

Great place to eat and quite cheap as well

Do not use this joke of a company, we made an offer on a company. We saw a property and made an offer which was accepted then they closed over the Xmas period. During the period I accepted an offer on my property and paid for a mortgage advisor to get the ball rolling as on the 2nd jan they decided to put pressure on us and I asked if I could pay a deposit to get the house taken off the market. I was told by Susan, (who denies this but she was on speaker phone with myself and a colleague at the time) that I did not have to as once I sent her my documents passports etc that they would take the property off of the market.I have now sold my home in order to get this sale moving in the time scales they have pushed us for and have now informed us that the property has been sold to another buyer! I am currently awaiting a call from the company director to further my complaint but I would avoid them at all costs
