Very helpful with my issue. Advisor was able to quickly collate a heap of information and explained it all clearly to me.They even followed up a few days later via post with some extra information on my enquiry with a little note saying they hope it helps which was a nice extra touch.

Absolutely pointless….called for advice almost a month ago, person who answered took all info, said someone would do some research and be back in touch following day (Friday) or Monday at the latest. Still not heard anything, wouldn’t recommend.
