I'm so impressed and very grateful for the superb service I received from Robin & the team today. Called in the morning as my washing machine broke down. Robin had the model I wanted & new machine arrived by lunchtime. Fully installed and old one taken away, all done within 20 mins. So far, we have had five household appliances from Sorrells. They are cheerful, efficient and very fairly priced. Always so keen, despite us being an upstairs flat with a narrow staircase. A small family firm that has given us better service than even John Lewis, which is saying something! The other day, when my Mum asked me who to recommend to replace my 93 year old grandmother's washing machine, the choice was simple. I know from experience that they'll arrive when they say they will, install the machine well and take the duff machine away without causing any drama. Support local business by using someone like Sorrells, who know their market and look after their customers.

Went to buy a new heat pump tumble dryer at lunchtime and had lots of helpful advice about the various brands and the energy costs of the different models. Bought one and it was delivered at home within 90 minutes.Clearly much better service than the large shops so why use them

Simply exceptional service and communication:Replacement door required for my Candy Washing Machine. Went in on Monday 21st August, they ordered the part (it was cheaper than online sources), took my contact information and payment, arrived next day (Tuesday 22nd August), got a call to say it has and can be collected. Very honest business, was quoted £60 to install, but asked if I was handy with a basic screwdriver as this could save the £60 cost. The gentleman explained the process of changing my door to me; 2 screws and lift out existing bracket, and then do the same in reverse to install new door system. Took no more than 5 minutes to remove and fix new door. A big thank you to for your honest and expedient service. You have now gained a loyal customer that will recommend you to all.

Had a problem with a broken oven door hinge today. Spoke to Debbie at 9.30 and she called back promptly advising an engineer would come at 10.30 the same day. He fixed the problem very quickly and I would recommend Sorrell and sons as a reliable local business
