Optima health! NO STARS DHOULD BE AN OPTION HERE!Absolute disgrace of a company. Several calls and emails sent to arrange a follow up for ‘nobody knows why’ appointment. It took over a week to schedule an appointment with all the emails. It was clear that different people were responding and not checking previous emails. It’s not a system fault it’s a person fault. I have made a complaint and I desperately want the NHS to bin them off. Absolutely hideous. This does not reflect well on the NHS at all. Was on my way to a ‘nightmare to arrange’ appointment, took the day off work. Sat on the train to Piccadilly and received a cancellation email stating ‘we have been unable to contact you’!! Ridiculous, of course they can contact me as they clearly have my email so why not send the email EARLIER?? I’m absolutely livid. Waste of time, waste of train fare and I lost a day at work. Complete and utter incompetence from optima health. The staff should be ashamed to work for this company.

Easy to find and accessible by good road network. Friendly and professional staff

Worse business to deal with optima health no nurses, no responses unable to book shifts where hospitals are short. Medical questionnaires take months to be checked allowing you unable to work. Optima are not fit to carry out NHS work in a timely manner.

I have been suffering for over a year with unbearable pain that makes my everyday life difficult, I have many documents confirming the diagnosis which I will not share in the comments, and the doctors diagnosed something themselves and said that I am able to work and my injury is nothing to them serious and I will recover after 4 weeks of exercises that I didn't even get. and they diagnosed it all via video call... one big joke

If I could give zero stars I would. I have not been able to work for months due to an IGRA blood test that I supposedly needed, as in the last 5 years I had visited a high-risk" country. I have called them non-stop since July

Excellent service and highly recommended

Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Data protection concerns after various incorrect appointments. Shocking that they are working for the NHS. I will be making a complaint.

Complete joke of a company. They lose your records of past work medicals, can`t even send you the correct forms that they need filling in. My Dr and diabetes nurse find them highly amusing and can`t believe they are supposed to be a professional company
