Delighted with an excellent caravan service carried out this week. Robbie and Andrea have been so efficient from start to finish even during the pandemic. They have been extremely prompt and friendly when answering all our questions via email, everything went to plan with success without us having to be there.We have used Aintree Caravan Services for a good number of years now and cannot fault their quality and professionalism. Doesn’t reply to messages, emails or answer calls. Doesn’t like a business making a mark up despite wanting to use electricity, water and indoor facility to carry out his job and refuses to address the invoice to the paying business despite this being a legal requirement.

I had an appointment with Robbie from Aintree Caravans for weeks for 4.30pm on 12/07/19. Once again he asked to come early instead of the agreed time. I had booking for weeks.. He then suggested coming the next day that suited him.. Not a good attitude at all.. His wife was very rude to me, and not willing to resolve. They seem to think their time is more important than yours. This is a two person set up, him and his wife.. They think they are the only caravan engineers out there.. I would avoid like the plague rank amateurs...
