AVOID. We've raised a few issues with Unicorn recently (valid issues regarding safeguarding & general health) and their response was to terminate my Grandparents contract within 7 days. Leaving us in a very difficult position.After reading this is not the first time this has been done.

Unicorn 1 were our saviours.I can't praise their staff enough.We emailed them to look after mum and Dad. Dad was destroying due to frailty and needed lots of care to meet his personal daily needs. At the same time Mum who was suffering from Alzheimer's needed more care as well.Unicorn 1 pulled out all the stops to care for both.The carers were amazing and the management went above and beyond y'all their duties. I could always get an answer if i called them no matter what time of say. I can't fault this company

We used Unicorn for quite a while and found them friendly and reliable. We unfortunately had to make a couple of complaints and disappointingly Unicorns response was to terminate our contract with 7 days notice, this left us struggling to get a care provider to cover the required hours.
