It's a nice service station, with food court, game machines, etc, but they don't have any dog friendly zone and access and leaving involved complicated roundabouts, so be aware.

Normally stop at Chester services once every month , always find it clean and tidy. Must admit they must have the most expensive spar I’ve ever been in and the other stores are as expected.Always find the staff polite and welcoming , toilet facilities are well maintained and surprising clean in regards the cubicles, as normally people forget how to use a toilet once they have left their own home.

Lots of choice to buy food. Toilets were clean, but some of the taps only flowed for a second and had to search for a soap dispenser that had some in. Hand driers were efficient.Bought food from McDonald's. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.Plenty of free parking and disabled spaces available.

What a fantastic experience and place to relax and take a break from your drive. Toilets to start phenomenally clean and modern and maintained a megga bonus, Phenomenal food like McDonald's Costa Coffee, deli stall, English breakfast stall and fantastic shops like WH Smith's. Coaches and Lorries hgv s and people with campers or towing tourers, especially catered for with excellent electric charging points all over the place, and brilliant petrol station clean and modern selling fuel at very reasonable prices.What's not to like, it ticked every one of my boxes and then some.

A very clean and tidy services, one of the best I have visited. For this reason I will forgive the slightly inflated prices. The staff were polite and friendly, which also helped. There are toilets, free parking for 2 hours, and various restaurants and shopping outlets.

Male toilets are shocking, they need better air flow and cleaning.Hand wash water was cold, most soap dispensers were empty.

Great services which we often use on our travels. It often has a manure type smell but on our latest visit it was fine. Lots of parking slots available as always and good choice of food and drinks inside. Toilets are used constantly but always seem fresh and clean.

This services centre is large, with a great variety of shops and stores. There is ample parking for all sizes of vehicles. The toilets are clean. It seems to have a fairly relaxed atmosphere, which is probably ideal for when you need a break from the highway.

Local sewage works would be more hygienic than the toilet facilities.McDonald’s was absolutely freezing cold making your average Greggs sausage roll with the legendary “slight heat in it son” seem pipping hot in comparison.Mobile signal in area equivalent to what you would expect in a 3rd world country.Car park has the most repugnant vile smell circulating due to close proximity to landfill site.All in all to summarise….underwhelming, won’t be back!

Decent motorway services with a selection of all the usual shops you would find at a motorway service station like Costa, McDonalds and WH Smith’s. The real find was Garden Square Deli which served traditional New York style bagels which were amazing and I would definitely recommend.
