The worst experience I’ve ever experienced from Leon and his crew/staff @LA Motors LTD. Full of lies, treated me very unfairly with your threatening behaviour.You’re very very unfriendly and rude with no customer service skills and zero honesty in you.You messed me about for the three months you had my car in your shop claiming all will be done and I’ll be happy.Your two staff member’s were trying to make me take my car home half done claiming all the body kit will fit perfectly but I didn’t listen to them and fitted my car up myself as your staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing and even damaged my rear quarter panel so the arch trim doesn’t fit flush as it did prior to any work being undertaken.I had to pay you to get my car back in an unsatisfactory state and panels not repaired dents all over the car and a big gapping hole though the car which was supposed to be repaired before painting but each time I mentioned something not being right you went off on one shouting and saying I’m being fussy when I paying for the service to be done properly.You said three weeks which became three months of stress and anxiety and running back and forth to your garage.Your staff kept on saying you get what you paid for as it’s not a new car but you claimed your work is top notch which is why I gave the car for paint and repair.The Preparation work was very poor and the paint work is extremely poor and you had it painted twice yet your painted still failed to get it right and you kept on lying about it being polished to get it right when half the issues are hidden now all the parts are on!.

I had a minor crash with a pole that dented my driver side front wing. Took my car down there and met Leon who said John was good with classic car bodywork. Lovely guy, who restored the paint work and did a few other bits perfectly.I needed the car for a wedding and he managed to get it all sorted in time. Great place an guy.

By far the best body shop in the south east. Yet again an undetectable repair this time on my son's BMW. The paint job is outstanding and has been matched perfectly. Repaired in promised time and will use time and again if needed in the future. I have no problems recommending this repair shop.
