MurderedforMoney - The home of murder mystery theatre

MurderedforMoney is a great theatre company. The way the online events have been structured and run is fantastic. The mysteries are well-planned and very well acted. The interaction of the cast via social media and the interrogation evenings adds to the experience. Would highly recommend for anyone and everyone. The ability to have multiple households working together makes the experience even more fun!

Well thought out mysteries, great acting and fiendish puzzles during the run up to a fun and friendly live interrogation. Live events are even more fun!

If you're a fan of murder mysteries, puzzles and great fun, I highly recommended MurderedforMoney.We discovered MurderedforMoney last year when our long-distance family bought us a ticket as a way of enabling us to virtually socialise and break up the monotony during Covid restrictions. We were hooked from the start and have been taking part in the virtual mysteries each month since (almost a year).Each mystery has its own unique style, whether it be slapstick comedy, thriller or a seasonal theme, full of twists and turns and puzzles that keep you entertained and sometimes pulling your hair out for hours.The live interrogations via Zoom are fabulous fun with the cast brilliantly responding to our grilling, and the ad-libbing is fantastic. As a bit of a joke we did fancy dress on one of the live interrogations which has now become a bit of a tradition and a great excuse for us adults to be a bit silly for the evening.The facebook groups that are an integral part of these events provide a great community of fellow sleuths, where we can share ideas and theories, in an attempt to be awarded the coveted Master Investigator" accolade. Many of us regulars have built up connections and friendships outside of the events

Currently doing Murder in Wonderland - an imersive virtual mystery. It's great fun and the acting is superb. Would definitely recommend it. We have done several of these now and they are always brilliant and great fun. The live interrogations are always the highlight as the suspects have no idea what questions they may get asked from us, the audience, and we grill them hard. Always a 5 star performance ✨️

We flew over from Spain to attend this event and were so glad we did. It was amazing with a fabulous cast of extremely talented actors. Every attention to detail contributed to a wonderful experience and the evening banquet was delicious. Thank you so much to all concerned.

Funny, charming and puzzling! The talented acting, wonderful costumes and storyline, together with puzzles, clues and a very supportive facebook group, made this a very entertaining week! Highly recommend if you enjoy sleuthing!

First murder mystery we had ever attended. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were told all the details of how the evening works, beforehand. The cast were very friendly and enthusiastic. Great fun, will certainly come again.

We discovered MurderedforMoney on line in 2020 and have been complete fans since then. We first enjoyed their well organised, community orientated, funny and intelligent on line murder mysteries. We eventually went to see them on one of their live shows, totally worth the detour (a big big one). Still playing their on-line games each time one is available.

Murdered for Money are simply the best. Great cast, well plotted murders and clues laced throughout. We've done a number of virtual murder mysteries and recently attended our first live dinner and murder event - we've just booked our second so that's just how good M4M is!
