I had appointment with Urologist dr Dobrowolski. He is very nice lad but.....I went to see him to get a second opinion. During our conversation/scan we established that my first diagnosis was correct. I asked Dr Dobrowolski to word his diagnosis/ second opinion in the same way. It was important to me as I'm seeking a compensation for medical negligence from NHS. Doctor agreed with me the details of.his diagnosis/ report letter. Unfortunately when diagnosis came through a email it was not what I was promised. In my opinion Dr Dobrowolski did not want to offend his NHS friends and carefully designed the report in the way so it doesn't point the finger at certain institution (NHS) and would put them in very uncomfortable position. Rather then speak the truth and be on the side of a patient he chose side of dishonest NHS despite me paying privately for consultation. Very disappointedMichal Z.

My wife had called for an urgent appointment at around 5-5.30pm, for which she was booked one the following day at 6pm. Our daughter's health had improved and we called to cancel and get the deposit. I was told that the deposit is refunded 24 hours before the appointment. Furthermore, the receptionist I spoke to felt the need to iterate the obvious, and in a condescending manner (with focus on this), that there are other customers that could have had that appointment (something I disliked greatly).Since parents are naturally worried about the health of their children, when making an urgent appointment, that deposit clause may not be quite obvious (and perhaps not important in the process), however, I find that the receptionist ought to have told my wife, when making the appointment, about it. Otherwise, this lack of professionalism displays poorly on you as a private clinic, because it's just money you are after. You took advantage of a situation when parents were worried (particularly these days), did not mention about the deposit clause, i.e., it can only be refunded 24 hours before the appointment and not less than that, and when the opportunity seized, you just kept it. Not that it was not for you to keep, but you should have mentioned.I will not recommend your clinic to anyone. You may have good medical staff, but I strongly recommend anyone not to use your services.

I’ve been seeing Doctor Ewa Iwan-Chuchla for a month now for my eczema which I’ve struggled with for most my life, I’ve been to many dermatologists and they were no help. Doctor Ewa Iwan-Chuchla is the loveliest dermatologist I have spoken to, cured my eczema within 2 weeks!! Couldn't be happier!! I would recommend her to anyone.

Fast Medica is really fast and took care of my Mum's prescription in emergency Polish standards. They gave us prompt advice, acted extremely fast, and very professional with kindness and understanding. We are very grateful.

The personnel that work in the are so grate they are angels not a humens :), they had menaged to help me with absolutely at an express pace. Very positive feeling from using their services. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

We took our son to see dermatologist Dr Ewa Iwan-Chuchla. It took one visit and about 10 days of treatment to solve the problem!!We have struggled for 4 months and have seen numerous doctors who couldn't help us telling us we have exhausted our options and the only treatment left was a very strong oral medication. After some research we were reluctant to agree to give it to our son as he is only 3 years old. When we came for the visit, doctor explained that the oral treatment would be absolutely last she would recommend because of its potential side effects. We tried creams she suggested and the problem is gone! We could not be happier!!The whole experience from booking to end result is definitely worth recommending!Thank you! :)

I came to Fast Medica with my daughter's acne. We were under the care of Dr Ewa Iwan-Chuchla and I am so pleased with my experience. Dr Ewa is very kind and professional. The problem was completely solved and I'm very grateful. I strongly recommend.

I haven't been seen by any doctor - this review is for the receptionist called Marta.I called her to cancel my visit due to unforeseen circumstances and get my deposit back. I also said not sure when I am gonna make the visit (it is up to me by the way!) She was not particularly understanding or tactful and I had the impression that I am doing something wrong asking for getting my own money back!To the clinic management - please train your receptionist to be more tactful and helpful as they are the face of your business and may affect potential visit of future customers. Period.

Amazing service, cannot recommend enough! Really appreciate you work helping my mum today.
