I’m originally from east Africa and relatively new to the city but I’m extremely happy with my brows and they were done at a great price as well, Nisha threaded my brows and she was so professional and friendly! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing brows! Great service and will definitely be coming back!

Lovely lady Nisha did amazing individual lash extensions for me for the best price I've managed to find so far. There was no compromise on quality and she was keen to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be going back

I would not recommend coming here for eyelash extensions at all. I paid 40 pounds to receive individual lash treatment before I went on holiday.I had a technician that gave me some individual lashes but lots were clumps, despite being charged for individuals. After the treatment, I couldn’t open my eyes for about 20 minutes and my eyes were stinging for hours afterwards. The lashes on one of my eyes looked terrible as she initially put short lashes, but when I told her I wanted longer ones, she just added them on top. This made my lashes really heavy and messy looking. The extensions didn’t look natural at all because the glue was black. It was poorly put on so I had black spots over my eyelids, making it look like blotchy eyeliner. The entire time I’ve had the extensions on, they were incredibly irritating and uncomfortable. Worst of all, when the lashes came off, they RIPPED out my original eyelashes. I have had eyelash extensions 3 times in my life and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. They not only lied about the service I would get (individual vs. clumps) but offered poor service.

I am really disappointed with my lashes I had them done 6 days ago for a event that I am attending tonight and they are very patchy now as most of the lashes have fallen out and I am now going to have to use false lashes.!!! I felt that they were done in a rush as there was a overlap in the booking meaning another lady was waiting and the other lady that works there kept talking to nisha. I will not be getting my lashes done here again!!

Been going here for over 2 years! I'm not originally from Leicester and I never knew where to go to get my brows done as I am VERY fussy about who I go to! 2 years later I wouldn't go anywhere else, these guys are amazing for doing my brows and wouldn't EVER go anywhere else! They keep the thickness and their services are amazing and the ladies there are also amazing and very helpful if you ever have any questions! 100% recommend.

I had my lashes done a few weeks ago and they were amazing! Nisha served me and she was polite and my lashes gave me great confidence and they lasted! I would 100% get my lashes done here again!

Honestly.... I could not be more disappointed.I last minute booked in here to get individual lashes done before my graduation. i checked the reviews and all seemed goldenn. The woman who did my lashes could not have been kinder, she was so lovely. But, my lashes were just awful. Firstly, she did not prep the lashes at all other than putting some tape on the lower lashes. She then quickly got into applying the lashes using a single pair of tweezers. There was literally no separation of the lashes, the glued lash was just placed straigh on. Some of these lashes were stuck to my skin! Obviously at this point i was unsure about the situaion but as she spoke about her training she has in milton keynes, who was i to question her. Then an hour gone by, she sent we on my way without so much as a lash brush. Admitedly the lashes looked great, so i thought id pay the woman and go! However, they were so painful because of being stuck to my skin and being stuck to each other. As the lashes grew out it only got worse, because all the real lashes grow at a slightly different rate they were so uncomfortable that i did slightly itch them. I was so gentle with them as i needed them to look great for the week after, which was my graduation. Thank god i did because only a week after that they started coming off in clumps, taking my real lashes with them! I now have bald patches on my lashline and am just shocked by the whole situation to be honest.I love having my lashes done, and have them doe regularly and i have never had an experience like this with such a well disputed salon.Because i undertsand its someones time and money they put into the service i didnt even bother complaing for my money back. Im simply leaving a review so that they can provide their staff with better training. i myself will not be going back to this salon anytime soon.

Don’t get your acrylics taken off here! I’ve had my acrylics taken off else where before and have not been left with as much nail damage after! Yes I’m aware that it weakens your nails but I was left with 2 nails overfiled down with 1 resorting to internal bleeding under my nail! Not impressed!

Best set of eyelash extensions I have ever had!!! Nisha is absolutely amazing!!! So reasonably priced and a great service
