I had a brake light out and was going to do it myself but just needed to know how to do it but was told it would be £9 on top of the 4 for the bulbs so I agreed only to be asked would you like a free 10 point check, I said yes and one of the checks was bulbs. So I basically gave £9 for nothing. So was a little annoyed at that. But all the guys were nice and the check was done quickly and efficientlyThanks

The experience in the store in Dundee was excellent great service very knowledgeable and helpful.The experience with a call to HALFORDS CUSTOMER SERVICE was absolutely diabolical. I called to enquire if a certain Dash Cam was in stock. YES Ee have in stock. 50 mile round trip to Dundee no it is not in stock. Rediculous needs resolved. I now have another trip to get part now ordered. I’m disgusted that the person could not take time on a computer to verify stock in store. J in

why do they have a bike workshop when no one can be asked to fix anything (bike seat, easy quick job!)also had to buy a brand new bike this week cause the trains banned my electric bike, staff say no sorry we cant put that together for you"why are they employing mechanics that dont do nothing?I got home to find that my tools dont fit the bike I bought causing to have to spend even more money"

Stopped by to get new wiper blades and a brake light replacement.Grant was quick in helping me find what I needed, got me the best price and grabbed the correct bulb and exchanged it easily when it turned out they were the wrong ones. Also got a free 10 point health check up on the car!Victoria did the fitting for me and car check up. She was quick, efficient and friendly.

This was probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had.I went over with my son to Dundee to pick up a balance bike for my son's 2nd birthday. Buying his first bike should have been a happy experience but unfortunately your slow, unhelpful staff put a stop to that. I've never seen people go so slow. Especially the woman who eventually dealt with me after standing in a queue for 30 minutes trying to keep my son happy.At first she could not find the bike then when she did she very slowly started tightening nuts and bolts on the bike. I was told the bike would be ready to collect. I had travelled 20 miles from Perth to pick this up as the Perth store could not supply the bike on time for his birthday. Neither the man or woman on duty could say hello or even muster a smile. It was excruciating!I will never buy anything from Halfords Dundee again. I would have preferred a no star option.

Absolutely appalling experience!!!!, service went to book in bike for repair told there was shortage of technicians and it would be a minimum of one month before they could even accept a booking. then i thought i would attempt new wheel and cassette and chain re-fit my self so ordered and paid for parts, cassette and chain in stock told they would phone me when wheel rim arrived, got call about two weeks later saying they had the wheel but was wrong type and sent it back, at that time was told it should only be a few days until correct wheel was delivered, after week and half of waiting decided to visit store to see if wheel was in, told still waiting on it, and told the delivery date was another three weeks down the line, cancelled order and will not be visiting Halfords any time in the future neither will any of my friends family or anyone else i can advise of there total disregard for costumers, ONLY SEEM TO BE GOOD AT SELLING HIGH PRICE BIKES

The bike team were so helpful. Brian went above and beyond to help repair and give knowledge about my bike. I feel more confident about riding my bike

Just needed a headlight bulb fitted. So quick and easy. Technician knew exactly what was needed and fixed it quickly and apparently easily. Very happy with Halfords. Not nearly as expensive as I feared it might be

Use this branch a lot always find the staff to be really helpful and knowledgeable!Lots of choices in store and if they haven’t got the parts you need they order them in ,usually arrive same dayGreat service. Keep up the good work

Amazing!Brian at bike dept, DUNDEE, Halfords went way beyond what was expected. He showed me in detail superb, practical, real world way how to seat a difficult tubeless tyre. Did one from scratch. Only charged basic tyre fix.I would have happily paid £100 for that level of expertise!Thank you BrianMike Hayes
