Tea and Toes Reflexology

I started going to Tea and Toes to help with anxiety and depression at a really difficult time in my life. She has magic hands! The sessions with Deb left me in a state of calm and feeling less stressed and anxious. I went every week for a number of months and it was a real life line. I feel so much better now but still go intermittently if I feel stress or anxiety building up and it's a valuable reset. It has particularly helped ease my tinnitus which comes on when I'm stressed or tired. I never knew the power of reflexology and I'm so so glad I gave it a go. It's been a game changer for my wellbeing and spending time in Deb's chair is always a delight.

Since having treatments weekly for the last 4 weeks, I am overwhelmed with the changes I’ve felt - I’ve had more energy, better sleep, less pain and a general sense of harmony and well being. Debbie completed some treatment for my lower back complaints. I am 3 months post natal but have always suffered with back complaints. Debbie identified all issues I have been having recently even ones I hadn't mentioned to her and when I stood up from the treatment I felt very refreshed. Debbie was very kind and professional and I would definitely recommend her and use her services again.

Debbie and I met in 2019 when she practised reproductive reflexology on me whilst I was trying to conceive my first baby. She was recommended to me by a friend and upon meeting her at my consultation I knew why. Debbie was warm and friendly and made me feel so at ease. She never promised anything and was realistic about my treatment and I trusted her completely. Debbie really knows her stuff and the reflexology itself was relaxing and calming and I looked forward to my weekly sessions with her. With reproductive reflexology there was a lot of things I needed to do at home to ensure my hormone levels were correct and Debbie gave me all the information on this and even tracked my temperature apps. Nothing was ever too much to ask and she was always at the end of a text if I needed to ask any questions or needed reassurance. Debbie actually became a really lovely friend during my treatment. After a few months I fell pregnant with my first baby and Debbie continued my reflexology for the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy.I cannot recommend Debbie enough and have done to several people. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would urge anyone thinking of trying reproductive reflexology to do so with Debbie.

This has been my first experience of reflexology and I cannot recommend Debbie enough, she is very knowledgeable and welcoming.I have suffered a back pain for over a year and none of the physio I have undertaken has made much difference.
