My vehicle has had a recall. I have called the call centre (only number available) to be told that the service manager is the only person able to book the vehicle in. Service centre has emailed the manager and I was assured of a call back - still waiting. Tried again - manager was apparently emailed again and still waiting! Then chatted online booked an appointment and was told to expect an email to confirm the appointment and I'm still waiting. When you're not paying there seems to be very little interest or customer care!
