Roof initially re-done after a constant leak in the bathroom. Some time after the roof was completed, the bathroom started to peel again. Mould appeared. Unsure of the reason, I called Trusted Roofers who I assumed would be able to follow this up.After numerous calls and numerous promises of showing up, no one did: repeatedly over a period of 2 months.We’ve now had to contract another roofer to check on the issue, and have had to request in writing to Trusted Roofers that any subsequent work won’t void the 20 year warranty that is given (although evidently not honoured in our case). I’ve emailed them 4 times, sent texts, but received no response.It seems that they will ignore you if you have any follow up concerns with their work: we have been forced to go through Citizens' Advice.
