I trained with Sean for about 8months- prior to this I was a consistent gym-goer but with no real structure to my workouts.Sean helped me to increase my strength level with all my compound movements, and most importantly taught me to respect the weight to prevent any injuries, I most definitely needed this discipline!The structured daily workouts personalised specifically for me gave me the confidence I needed to incorporate new exercises into my routine, each exercise on the app had a video demonstration, which helped massively to keep form in check!I truly am grateful for the time spent with Sean, and have took a lot of learning away to furthermore help me in my future gym goals.Thank you Sean, keep being the best at what you do!

I’ve been training with Sean for just over 6 months now, I’m really enjoying it and have had great results already. I have never worked with a PT before so I was a little nervous to begin with however he is very knowledgeable, flexible, makes you feel at ease and always just a message away.I was training alone for a while, not only for aesthetics but for mental health side too. I felt I hit a brick wall as I had little knowledge of exercises and how to structure my workouts so started to get bored and unmotivated.Since training with Sean I’ve learnt a lot of new exercises and how to execute them properly (With a lot of patience from Sean!) and also learnt a lot more about nutrition/calorie intake.He has built great workout plans for me which I really enjoy and pushes me in every session (I have 2 a week)I have a lot more confidence in the gym and outside of the gym now, I feel much more comfortable with myself, which has really helped to improve my mental health.I would recommend training with Sean to anyone, he listens, is patient and gets you results whether that’s building muscle or loosing weight.

As someone who had never done weight training before, I was apprehensive about entering the gym. Sean was supportive throughout and gave me confidence to throw myself into a new regime. I achieved more than I expected and this was all due to Sean’s expertise and coaching.

I've been training with Sean for just over a year now and I'm astounded with the results we've achieved. I've been having 2 sessions per week and to be honest don't do much exercise outside of that - but Sean makes such efficient use of our time that I'm now in the best shape of my life. We've hit my initial goal of bring able to do a pull up, and then some.I'd never worked with a PT prior to Sean and pictured it being a miserable, sweaty, and gruelling experience. It is not! I've left the gym cradling my poor muscles after our sessions but I've never left unhappy. Sean makes sure that every exercise is working correctly and has a good sense of when he'll get another rep out of me/when he won't. I always feel I've been pushed far enough into discomfort for results but not so far that I'm miserable.Outside of sessions Sean is only ever a message away and checks in regularly to see how everything is going. When I've been away/on holiday he is happy to provide workouts to do based on equipment available to me and squeezes any missed sessions in in the following weeks. He really is very dedicated and knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Having not had all that much confidence or knowledge in the gym, Sean was able to massively boost my confidence whilst simultaneously increasing my knowledge and strength If you have a question, Sean definitely has the answer, since I started with Sean I’ve been able to learn different workouts I’d never tried before and if any workouts don’t feel right for you, Sean is incredible at adapting the workout to make it work. Sean is incredibly supportive throughout your sessions and even when you’re not with him he will message you to ask how are you doing. If you have any questions outside of your time with Sean, he is only a message awayI throughly enjoyed my time with Sean, have so much more knowledge and confidence when I enter the gym. Sean is perfect for people who are just starting and even for people who have experience in the gym. If you need a personal trainer Sean is your man

I've been with Sean for about 4 years now, half in person and half online. Training with Sean in the gym he pushed me further than I ever would have on my own and really helped me with correct form and pacing. As an online client Sean created a tailored workout routine for me and checked in regularly during the week to keep me on track and help out with whatever question I might have. I've trained in a few different gyms over the years and can say that Sean is one of the best PT's I've ever known. He genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the effort.

Sean made every effort to be flexible and created a tailored fitness plan that adapted to my current situation and goals. He was very knowledgeable and supportive during our sessions together and even checked in on me on his days off to ensure that I was able to follow the exercise plan independently.I would definitely recommend Sean to anyone looking for support to achieve their fitness goals or build confidence in the gym.
