Second time using AB Properties this year. From valuation to the sales going through they where amazing. We had them do the viewings and they kept us up to date with everything from when the viewings where taking place to feedback. It was a really smooth stress free and this was down to the good communication, even during the final negotiations they never let us down!

We purchased a home via AB very recently and Morgan and Lesley were brilliant in finding us the right home. Would highly recommend AB Property Consultants to anyone looking to sell their home. This was the first time selling a house for us so didn’t know how the process worked etc. From our first meeting with with Alex he was very knowledgeable about the area and values. Alex also explained in detail what would happen from start to finish. We explained to Alex that we didn’t want to put our flat on the market till we had found our next house, Alex suggested that we put the house as ‘coming soon,’ with pictures and videos of the flat this way they could draw up interest in the flat without us fully committing to sell it until we were ready- they were not pushing for us to put it on the market unlike other estate agents we had out to look at the flat. This worked incredibly well as once we found our next property all we had to do was give the team the go ahead and the house was on the market. This meant it was a extremely short turn around process as they had already drawn up all the interest in the property meaning from the date the property went on the market, to setting a closing date and to accepting a offer only took 1 week and for a record price in the development! Lesley kept us upto date with feedback from the viewings and also talked through all our offers at the closing date to help us make the correct decision for our circumstances. In regards to the price we received for the flat, other estate agents suggested that we would be would have to sell the flat for the same price we paid for it as we hadn’t even been in the flat one year. The valuation Alex gave compared to the other estate agents was very different, which we were apprehensive about. Alex was spot on with his valuation as in the end it ended up selling for even more- again this highlights his knowledge and expertise in the area!We moved into our new home one week ago and Lesley and Morgan checked in to see how the move went and asked if there was anything else they could do to help or if we had anymore questions. Two other family members have use AB Property to sell their home and also speak highly of them.I cannot highly recommend AB Property Consultants enough, and will definitely be using them in the future!
