I went to Jim to get help with giving up smoking. The practice is a really interesting eclectic place and I felt very welcome and relaxed. As part of the treatment, Jim has also helped with many other issues that could have been linked to me smoking. Jim's helped with the loss of my parents, being transgender, and some other things. I've had 5 sessions now and feel a lot more confident, in control and don't feel the need to smoke any more. I have accepted being transgender and with Jim's excellent support, I am transitioning.Can't thanks Jim enough and highly recommend Transzzzzformations Hypnotherapy. 5*Ciara x
