Really like this store can get some real bargains if you prepared to look though it all cos theres lots on every clothes rail. If i were to complain it would be i dont think theres enough underwear for sale but still bargains every aisle !

This is a store that surprised me in terms of price. It contains clothing, cosmetics, kitchenware, toys, books and many other types of products. It is impossible to lose track of time while traveling. The employees are very kind. It's a bit stuffy inside because the ceiling height is low, but the prices are so good that it's refreshing.

Liked this shop. Friendly staff. Well organised tills so queues not too bad for the time of year. Lots to choose from and competitively priced.

Always love shopping for homewares and little gifts, especially around Christmas time. The Castle Mall branch in Norwich always have friendly staff and the shop always looks good. My only complaint is some of the temporary aisles are so close together you can't browse let alone buy as you can't get more than one person down them.

Messy at 3pm on 31.10.2021! Someone had left a leaky water bottle on the floor, someone else had discarded a bubble tea cup on the seat for trying on shoes. Shoes were scattered everywhere, clothes on the floor.Good Christmas ornaments and card section (under the escalators).Staff at the till were pleasant and friendly. Would recommend visiting in the weekday AM as it isn't so chaotic.

They don't accept ant return. Make sure you buying exactly products fits just loose £40 because they did not accept my return the shoes I have only worn it to the car park to get in the car and they blaming me because I worn it outside its because hygiene reason they don't accept it but they don't talk about hygiene when 100s of people try the shoes on every day. Never going back to tk max and don't reccomend to anyone.

Large TK Maxx outlet in the centre of Norwich, located in the CastleQuarter shopping centre.One big floor of shopping with all the various products and groups of items neatly laid out and clearly labelled.There is lift and escalator access to the shop floor.All the usual TK Maxx products, many at high discount.The shoes selection in particular is decent.
