Never been to the shop but as an on-line retailer, simply excellent. Helpful knowledgable people and simple answers to queries. Dealt with various problems (none of their making) very well both on the phone and by email. I always felt they were on the case and the best solution was being found. Also offer a customer loyalty scheme which actually works, offering real savings without having to jump through hoops. A pleasure to deal with and my first port of call for photographic kit. Strongly recommended.

Highly recommend great customer service, fast responses 10/10I bought a Camera Canon Powershot G7 from here I called before I did and the bloke on the phone was really polite, sadly had to return it, this was not an issue again I called up asked them about it they let me know there would be a small restocking fee which I was more than happy about as it was outside of any typical return window, I sent the package off to them after once again great customer service. I received a full refund which I couldn't be happier about the whole process from start to Finnish this company were really amazing to use I would highly recommend.

I’m new to photography and don’t really have a clue what I need in terms of set up, rang these guys today and spent the best part of 10 minutes on the phone to Lauri (sure I’ve spelt that wrong) he really took his time to understand my needs and advise, he was extremely knowledgeable and he service was exceptional, based just on that I will be visiting the shop in person to top up the kit I need

Fantastic shop! Ordered a three-pack of Kodak film online and it arrived the next day with standard shipping. It was also one of the best prices for film I've found online. Will definitely be buying from SRS Microsystems again :)

A quality established photography shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They not only have extensive new and used equipment, but also a huge range of accessories.Overall, we had an excellent experience buying another M43 Panasonic for our collection and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Once again I spent more here than I intended to. Great helpful staff who don't pressurise you into buying. Good range of new and secondhand gear at competitive prices. Why go anywhere else? Update Oct 2020: secondhand gear now appears to be in short supply. Shop was strangely empty on late October Saturday morning. Update Feb 2020: More secondhand stock available now, great service and keen prices as before
