To cut a long story short, we had problems with elderly relative's central heating and the normal contracted repairer couldn't attend in less than a week. Rang MDB (at 3pm on a Friday) based on a facebook recommendation and they turned up in less than an hour, and ordered parts that they fitted the next day. Due to the age of the boiler, another component (unrelated to the area MDB worked on) failed and the boiler was a write off - MDB ordered and fitted the new one within 3 days due to the vulnerable nature of the relative in cold weather. All fitted neatly and on time. Polite and considerate staff who really seem to care about their work - five stars, thank you!

What a fantastic company this is, we have been using MDB gas for the last few years, and I cant highly recommend them enough, our working relationship with them began when they offered to install a new boiler for free in our Day Hospice building. Dean who runs this company overseen this and completed all the works himself, since then our working relationship with them has gone from strength to strength and they have taken over the yearly servicing of all our boilers. Over the course of Covid 19, they have been very responsive to our needs as soon as I have contacted the office Layla is always there to arrange to book in an engineer to come out and resolve any issues we have had without delay which is vital with us being a hospice if the boilers break down. The engineers are very professional, efficient and very respectful working sensitively while carrying out any works on site, nothing is to much trouble, you can really tell this is a family run company and why they are so well established, then after a really difficult year for us as a hospice financially last year due to us not being able to hold our normal fundraising events and our outlets all being closed, they did not hesitate to support their local hospice by reducing the cost of looking after our boilers by giving us a substantial £500 discount!! I would definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for your continued support and for providing us with a top class service!!!

I can’t thank the staff at MDB Gas enough. Booked in for my annual boiler service with ease. The staff in the office are so friendly and advised me on what the service entails. I also asked if the engineer could look at one of my radiators as it had a small leak. They told me that would be no problem. The engineer who came and serviced the boiler and fixed the leak was professional and friendly. He also left everything clean and tidy. Thank you so much MDB Gas. I will definitely be using you again in the future

MDB Gas almost completely derailed our large project. We had about £7,000 of gas, electrics & plumbing work to give them but they never showed up and our calls & emails were not returned.The owner of the company came out to quote for second fix initially, but assured us that he could also do the first fix work, fitting around our building work, he told us that he had plenty of vans and would be able to be flexible. We were happy with the second fix quote so we decided to use them for first fix too and called them back to come and quote for that. The office staff told us that we would get a call back to arrange this, but they never called.We then spent the next 4-6 weeks calling and emailing them asking them if they were coming to quote and if they would be able to fit in with our building work which was fast approaching. Every time we were told we would get a call back and we believed them, but it never happened. We got really worried as our building deadline got closer, and eventually asked them to tell us if they didn't want the work so that we could arrange someone else, the office staff told us they weren't authorised to give us an answer on that" and assured us we would get a call back.Eventually we had to arrange someone from Stockport at the last minute

Rang and Told this lovely company my mum who is 80 yrs old has had no heating for 2 days they attended her home and got her boiler working rand then told me here would be no charge. What a great company. Thank u x
