Sofatime

Ordered sofa and told would take 2 weeks. 9 weeks later still not arrived. Have rang a couple of times and promised that they'd call me back within 4 hours with an update. Never heard anything. When I do call again don't even get an apology for no call back

Had ordered a sofa in July last year and was told I would get this mid November. At the beginning of December I phoned and was informed it would be out for delivery in 4 days. I got a call from a really nice girl who apologised to say that it would b after the new year before I would receive my sofa. Unfortunately I had given my old sofa away and was using beanbags. The girl had amazing customer service skills and offered me a replacement sofa or some compensation. The sofa arrived early January . The delivery guys where fantastic. Then shortly after I got an apology letter from the director and a voucher . Things happen and it is unfortunate. But when you receive the most amazing customer service and things get put right it really helps. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Jenna was lovely from the time we entered the store. Wasn't sure what I wanted but she gave some valuable feedback and tips. Returned the following day and made our purchase

Cannot speak highly enough of the staff here - we went in because we wanted to buy a reclining sofa and we were made to feel very important. Staff explained finance very clearly and seemed willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs.We will likely come back - again and again!

Fabulous service, had ordered sofas just before lockdown and so had to wait a little longer for them to arrive, however when they did they were even nicer than I remembered! They kept us informed during the lockdown as to what was happening and when we could expect delivery. Delivery guys were great and left them in and removed all the packaging. Clean and tidy and definitely 5*. Thanks guys!

Was disappointed to find out this is a company that rebrands products to stop customers looking at the product elsewhere for a better price.Shop around before assuming this is the only shop that sells a particular sofa.I had looked at the Darwin sofa and found that it's actually a lebus brand sofa, model Dakota. Ended up getting it much cheaper from another store.Re: the company's response - the price isn't the point, the rebranding products for no purpose other than to make it difficult for customers to make informed choices is the sticking point for me

Bought an L-shaped sofa in the sale for a really good price. The salesman Ryan was very helpful. Offered us tea/coffee while we browsed, answered all our questions, and was great at helping us look at all our options. Would highly recommend looking here for furniture.
