I would definitely recommend this shop. Great products for all hair types and all kinds of braids are available (love the new Value pack braid extensions). The customer service is amazing and if there is something you are looking for and its not in store, they can get it for you.

Live In Doncaster and after shopping inshop previously, asked proprietor for an online purchase which they don't do, but after a chat with owner he posted an order out.....brilliant communication, great service.Cheers mate.

The new management is incredible and extremely friendly! The store has a wide range of products including products for afro carribean hair, all at a relatively fair price. I highly recommend this store.

Would reccommend as during lockdown I was able to have some products sent to me for a very affordable price (they were much cheaper than any other prices I saw online) and they were dispatched very quickly! I've been to their store in person as well and they are very nice and have a range of products at a fairly good price.

Over charged.Went back half an hour later without opening with repciet with same person on the till and refused a refund.Overpriced by £40 wouldnt recomend to anyone terrible service too! Even took the priced sticker off before i even saw it.. total con!

Only interested in ripping you off, sold me a 3/4 clip in & assured me it was correct colour to match my own even though I queried I needed next colour down. Went back 15mins later with my friend & refused refund. Staff esp the male (think maybe boss) totally ignorant..I'll stick to Leeds next time.

Wouldn't give a refund on a unopend pack of hair extensions. Sold my child the wrong colour and said they would match her hair They were at least 3 shades darker than her natural hair colour. Also she would only need the one pack of extensions to give her the desired effect, yes if she wanted a straggly rats tail at the back of her head they would be perfect. I can understand your no refund as its a hygiene issue but the we're unused, unopened and certainly weren't right for her hair. I think a little bit of customer service training and at least a bit of knowledge about the products been sold by staff wouldn't go amiss.

Bought a pair of hair accessories here at the weekend and BOTH snapped as soon as we tried to use them. We live too far away to return but very disappointed by the poor quality - definitely not fit for purpose

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices quality variety of products. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Better than the one in Leeds.
