After developing a certain opinion of Estate Agents in the South Ribble area, whilst trying to find our first home, we contacted the team at Lawrence Rooney to view one of their properties. It all started with them answering the phone in as much as a few seconds! We were fully looked after by the whole team and a special mention for Chris for his professional and speedy service.Where other agents booked us in for wrong house viewings and failed to get back to us, Lawrence Rooney stood by us throughout the entire process and made it an enjoyable and smooth experience.We were prepared for satisfactory service considering the global pandemic, however the team powered through it to get the job done.Will definitely be using them again and recommending to all friends and family.Thank you!George & Kalise

The whole team at lawrence Rooney were terrific throughout the sales process. Everything from initial valuation and advice through to regular updates on completion process once sale had been agreed was handled in a throughly professional and friendly manner that would put most of the larger agencies to shame. Poor, unnproffessional behaviour , called up before the viewing to explain we are running late and explained we wouldn't get there until 5.45 and asked if that would be OK, a male staff member called Lauren/Lawrence agreed it would be OK.At around 5:40 we recieved a call saying the agent who was going to show us around is leaving. I got told I am a liar that I said 5:40 not 5:45 I asked if they can please stay till the time we agreed and then the male staff member asked me what time I finish work and started to ask me if I would stay after I could leave, I explain I am 14 hours up on overtime so yes I would and I asked him what does it have to do with him agreeing a 5:45 viewing. He continued to be rude I asked him to listen back on the call as it took us almost an hour to get there and I wanted him to register. To the call to where he agreed 5:45 but he declined and continued to call me a liar , I also firstly spoke to a lady on the second call who was also very rude . Very poorly handled , we wouldn't have continued on our way there if they didn't agree to that time as its not convenient for us. I asked for transcripts of the call as I am appalled and he declined again very argumentative and a poor example of a property agent and property agency.

First class company, very impressed with the service they provided.The best part of the service was they rang every week to inform me on the progress and kept me in the loop all the way from the beginning to the end. This really put my mind at ease as it can be a very stressful process.Handled very professionally by Chris, Amy and Andrea, they most definitely went over and above.I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or let.

10/10 experience.I was fortunate enough to buy and sell through Lawrence Rooney from September 2022 to March 2023. This was my first property sale and second property purchase and Lawrence, Andrea and the team made the entire process plain sailing and virtually stress free.No request was too much or too small, they are completely transparent, open and honest and they keep you up to date from start to finish. There is a lot of integrity amongst them all - unlike some estate agents - and it is a breath of fresh air.My take away to anyone is this: if you are contemplating LR, particularly a property sale, I would engage them as your estate agents. I cannot recommend them enough.
