Great service, booked a short notice test drive online on our way to the city for form other stuff. Walked in and chatted with the staff who showed my wife what to do on the test drive and then directed us to a car in the car park. I have seen some people complain about this, but for me and my wife, it was perfect as it let us discover the car ourselves.She went for a drive and then came back and was very happy. We ended up ordering one that day. The staff followed up over text, again I like this rather than a call, just to make sure we were all ok and had no other questions.I read on here that some waited for ages for the staff to talk to them. This isn't because they are lazy or not interested, it is the sales technique of Tesla. They let you look around and enjoy the car and then come ask the staff if you have questions. This is much better in my view than pushy salesman coming up and asking if you want to buy the car.

Called for advice and spoke with Musa, not only did he give the advice I needed but he came up to the carpark and went through different options on our car, I would give him more stars if I could, absolute next level customer service. I literally have no complaints only praise and thanks. Great guy, great service. If you own a Tesla call in and speak with Musa.

The cars sell themselves and Tesla know it. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the showroom is well situated. My only wish is that the solo test drives were longer... and of course if I could afford to take one home at the moment!

Very cool electric cars. Definitely a hit to the wallet though, but a good long term investment

Really nice team of people. So much more friendly than traditional car sales. Zero pressure, easy test drive. Clear choices. I think they have another sale!

Sales person Paul White gave incorrect information to both myself and my wife. Then lied to say he hadn't and I had made it up. Protect yourself, don't believe anything they promise you and get EVERTHING IN WRITING!!!!

The cars are nice, but the guy was a bit of a try hard and had a sense of humour failure with us

Paul and the younger guy were fab. Very friendly, informative, showed us how everything worked and let us get on with our test drive.

It used to be a customer-focused company but sadly lost its way.The user interface is deteriorating with each update and there is no way to provide feedback to the company.For example, right now the playback UI is messed up completely and there's no way to communicate the issue back to the company.There is literally no point of contact. The old feedback email address was taken down and the contact from in the customer portal only takes you to a number of FAQ articles.
