A lovely addition to Ramsbottom, I took my teenage sister here for hot chocolate and of course both of us chose white - by far the best hot chocolate I have ever had. You can simply taste the quality. We also couldn’t resist the chocolate domes which are beautifully presented in the glass display. The lemon meringue is divine. Also not to miss out on the people here who are incredibly friendly and clearly wanting the best experience for all of their customers. A really lovely evening.

The 3rd week visiting for what I can only describe as a divine tasting hazelnut / praline hot chocolate! This time I brought a friend along who said she’d go as far as saying it was the best hot chocolate she’d ever had! We enjoyed along with a ham and cheese croissant and a breakfast waffle, which were both delicious! Presentation is lovely of both food and drinks. Dogs are welcome downstairs so mine enjoyed a puppocino. I haven’t bought yet but there is a nice selection of chocolates available to purchase to take away.

Amazing interior design and the bathroom is so nice. As a hot chocolate enthusiast I was amazed by the hot chocolates and the cute notes they write on top were lovely. The wait wasn't too long especially since all the food is fresh but the best part was how nice all the people are. They were so considerate and sweet and had a family atmosphere, I had a great time and I really want to go again soon.

The staff are friendly, helpful and very quick. The hot chocolate that myself and wife had where both fabulous full of flavour and artfully presented at treat for the eyes and the palette.The Christmas cronut that we had with the hod chocolates was unique and very tasty a donut that is made in the style of a croissant topped with chocolate.

Feels a welcoming place but also a real treat. Proper chocolate! Lovely hot chocolate that costs as much as the well known brands but is far nicer and with chocolate made on site. You can just come for a hot choc as well as cakes or meals so def worth giving a try.

Lovely place, decor is really nice and the food was delicious. The hot chocolate was one of the best I’ve ever had. My friend and I ordered the ham and cheese croissant and waffles with berries to share, both were delicious. They sell fresh cakes and chocolate so I will be back to buy some! It’s also dog friendly.

Absolutely delightful! Friendly staff and delicious cakes. Lots of lovely chocolate gifts as well, which we’ve bought for friends and family before. Without a doubt one of my favourite places in Ramsbottom.

My family and I went for an afternoon tea which we pre ordered the day before, they were beautifully presented and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The afternoon teas went down a treat and left feeling fulfilled! The staff were all so lovely and treated us like royalty so thank you Cocoa Tree! ❤️

Came here as we were staying down the road for a weekend away in the area and a colleague had visited a few times. The cafe was beautiful inside and the hot chocolates (orange dark chocolate and regular dark chocolate) with the homemade marshmallow and the pot of cream were the best we had ever had (even better than what we make in our hotel chocolat velvetiser!!) . We also had a hazelnut praline chocolate milk over ice which was delicious. It came to around £16 for our drinks which was worth it given the quality.We purchased some chocolates from the shop for ourself and a friend for Christmas, not the cheapest but again for the quality of chocolate and range of flavours it was worth it as a treat.Staff were very friendly and service was fast. Even offered us samples to try whilst we waited to pay.Will definitely be back if we visit the area again!
