Dishonest organisation. I regret using.

removing moss from my roof tiles.He quoted £800 to remove all moss from my roof tiles by hand and treat the roof with biocide moss repellent; he then recommended a further £750 to install UPVC under support trays to stop damage to fascia boards and a further £2400 to repoint ridge and bonnet tiles (he asked for payment in cash).I paid for the job in good faith, only to find out the next day that there was still a lot of moss left on the roof tiles…..and Biocide was only applied to a very small part of the roof. I sent photos of the moss left on the roof and Billy has not had the courtesy to get back to me.Only 2 UPVC trays were installed and I was charged £750.Billy brought two boys to do the jobs and they were never punctual. They said they would arrive bright and early at 7.30am - they did not. They arrived after 10.30am on 3 days and were finished by 3.00pm.They were disrespectful and left cigarette stubs and empty water bottles strewn all over the garden and communal areas around my house.They said that they would take photos of the roof after the work was complete….they did not.Billy is a greedy, dishonest tradesman with no integrity and no conscience.It appears he runs a business called Dormer Roofing but did the job for me with Stanley who runs Approved Roofing and Guttering.
