Please do not go to this location?they are a total rip off, overcharged and you can not access the storage anytime you like, it has to be within a timeframe that works for them.Also they will make you feel comfortable as a customer and act all nice, till they impose a late fee on your account- i had to pay extra 40 pounds for no reason- They had said it was okay for me to come on the weekend to pay, and on that weekend, they said it’s past 7days and i have to pay £40 late fee. The manager Gill is the worst of them all, very useless, so rude, unhelpful, and a waste of time if you actually need help.

Disappointed by the customer service here. The move in and out was fine and tye location was good, but when I came to pick up my things the first time the store was closed. I'll admit to it being partially my fault - as it was easter Sunday and I didn't realise - but when I arranged my storage stating I would be moving out on that date it should have been flagged by a member of staff.When I mentioned this to the manager on moving out his reaction was 'it's not my problem' - basically he didn't care as long as I paid the extra I owed.Best going somewhere else.

Absolutely excellent storage company - extremely well-organised, professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Particular thanks are due to Gil, Daanyaal, Henry and Samir. The building and its storage spaces are spotlessly clean. Great value for money.

They say they close at 6 pm, but good luck getting in after 5:50 pm.I understand a restaurant turning away customers before closing time, but does it seem reasonable that a storage space with minimum intervention from the staff should close early as well?

Very easy once initial panic was over that reserving a space does not mean you have booked it. Worth checking it is actually booked. Easy to book in and very friendly staff. Easy to come and go.

Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. The facility is very safe and well maintained with clean corridors and good lighting. Check in was very straight forward and quick. The shining stars were the two gentleman working there today who were happy to help and even offered me a seat to relax a bit after a morning of moving boxes and furniture. Excellent and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

It is very organised.They are very helpful in email or in person.Raul let me in on Tuesday evening even if he was supposed to finish the day and leave for home. I appreciated that he allowed me to take my luggage. So, i could pack for my trip the next day.
