Have been coming here for about ten years and always have a perfect outcome that lasts

Terrible nail place. Staff are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever.The place thinks it's better than it is as a sense of arrogance about it.The adamant on billing you for even the smallest tiny added detail and nail embellishment the they add .The quality of the acrylic nails is poor. One day after getting my nails done..... The acrylic nail on middle finger on my left hand came off. For the £38 they charged me.... For a bog standard mediocre acrylic nail job....I would have assume the nails would have been more durable and robust.I only went here because my normal nail technician was off work, due to a bearvement. But I regret it so much.OverpricedPoor quality workRude , stand offish staff... Who think I'd is perfectly acceptable to back bite about their customers.... In front of their faces .... Just because they assume we don't know their language. Think again.... Your arrogant crooks.

I had nails done for my graduation, very good customer service I was very nervous 1st time getting nails done kim made me feel so comfortable. Thanks alot will be going there again!

I find Kim very friendly. And ken seems a lovely person too. Kim always does my nails and she does them very professional... I enjoy going to this nail bar and enjoy my chit chat with kim.

Very happy with my nails. Been coming to see Kim for 10 years now and always pleased with results. Also her customer care and relationships is second to none. I have breaks from having nails on and she always remembers me, asks about my children, etc. Lovely lady and I hope to continue visiting for many years to come
