size?

Went this morning to buy a pair of Jordan’s , staff were very rude and made me feel uncomfortable so I decided to go sports direct they we’re talking about me behind my back, didn’t feel welcome in the store. They also kept giving me dirt looks for no reason, especially the female worker called Tilly.

tilly was a great help, was so informative and attentitive made feel so welcome cant recommend her enough

I was willing to buy something in the shop but unfortunately, the guy from the shop asked me to turn it down the music cos l was playing on the phone. Honestly it was not loud. It was weird. Nobody said hi or how can l help you? Only straight away turn it down the music. In my point of view that was so peeky. I will not recommend that shop.

terrible shop went at 6 in the morning to get jordan 4 thunders until 10 am once the shop opened the staff were treating us all like animals like they owned us and we needed them to survive they let their mates jump the queue and made us guess sizes to buy if they didnt have the size we were asked to leave the shop they have tarnished the shops name beware of a women called tilly shes nasty and rude to customers and a guy with curly hair and a cap overall very bad shop i will be never going back and i advise many others do the same very disappointed

Cheap shoes. But the customer service is poor. They make you feel like you’re bothering them just going into the shop. Well gosh guys used to be sound

Really disappointed with my latest visit. My boyfriend has bought loads from here and he got me some Nike shoes which I didn't realise I had got the wrong size. Wore them at home to get a feel for them but quickly realised they werent right even after trying different socks. Took them back to the store and the staff member who served me was so rude and accused me of wearing them more than once due to the front being creased (which it was like when I bought them) and the sticker on the inside was creased. Never felt so disrespected in a shop before. She then went to get the manager who explained the soles had feet marks on which is why they can't accept it which would be fine if she had just explained that all along without accusing me at the start. Honestly the marks were so minimal on the inside of the shoe you would have never known. I hadn't even noticed them myself before returning. Neither me or my partner will be going back. They only care if you're buying something but not if you need help or returning.

Disgusting staff members. Me and my friends were waiting in the line for some jordan 4’s. The staff made everyone except their friends to guess a size. If they did not have the. size you are guessing you were told to leave. They treated everyone like toys however if their friend was in the line they could buy as many as they wanted to and any size. My family used to purchase from wellgosh and then started to shop in size however they will not be returning back because of the experience me and my friends have had. They refused people who had been waiting since 2am and then allowed their friends to push in the line. This shop is how to kill a business. We will not be returning until they change their staff or teach them how to treat people. Beware of staff members called tilly, a tall man curly hair with a cap and man with braids, they have no idea how to behave.
