Called to ask for some advise regarding a machine I had, I am guessing as soon as she realised I wasn't a buyer anything the women had little time for me, she was quite short with me on the phone and before I had finished speaking...she said OK bye and put the phone down? not great customer service, no need to cut me off, being nice and helpful to people doesn't cost anything.

Made a special journey and effort to get there and it was closed. If you are not going to stick to published opening hours then change this information. It is NOT open until 2pm on Saturday as I have just discovered.

Went here for an oven for my elderly Mum.Shop staff were really nice and explained all the options to her.We bought a Bosch oven on Thursday and it was delivered on Friday! We were given a 2 hour delivery window and for an extra £45 the new oven was delivered and installed and the old oven taken away.Shops like this need to be supported.

I called them as our washing machine broke and they were recommended on Facebook. They came quickly to repair it and the bill was cheap too! A lot cheaper than if I'd have gone via the manufacturer (indesit/hotpoint).
