I have been a customer at Happy Tails for over five years and have always received a brilliant service. Mark is friendly and approachable. My dogs return home content and happy and I love to see the fun they have had from the pictures posted daily from the walks.Mark has gone above and beyond many times to accomodate the needs of my dogs - he played a key role in helping one of my dogs who went through a difficult patch enjoy walks again.Most importantly, my dogs adore Mark and cannot wait to get out for walks with him.

Mark is a great guy who has always looked after our dog without any problems. He is always professional, caring and loves his job. Highly recommend.

Not sure about the quality of the dog walking but frequently see the driver pass on his mobile phone (phone in hand, even with hands free in his ears), no seat belt worn while driving and what I assume is his dog on the front seat un-tethered. The dog walking element may be excellent, I have no experience of this service, but laws are there for a reason and if important things like the above are blatantly ignored/forgotten, what does that say about the service customers may receive.

Mark has been walking my dog for 12 years - testament to the trust I have in him. He's reliable and friendly and (most importantly) always ensures my dog is safe and happy. Highly recommended.

Mark has been my go to for my dog since 2014. My dog adores him. He has been on walks, dog visits and overnights with Mark. Mark is a friendly bloke and is always happy to help. I've had two emergencies (999 ambulance) when I've called Mark and he has picked the dog up and had him overnight. His van has crates for the safety of the dogs. He's a non smoker so there is no smoking and toxicity in the van. Muddy van yes. But its a sign of a muddy and energetic walk. I've even been on a few walks with him. The dogs are his everything. Continually vigilant and keeps the dogs within eye sight at all times. He is a quiet bloke and is always happy for clients to accompany him on walks. Added bonus.... is a Dr Who fan.

Mark is friendly, professional and accommodating even with unplanned requests. Our dog absolutely loves him, and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found someone so trustworthy and knowledgeable to take care of our dog. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mark has looked after our dog Jasper for over 7 years, throughout that time on dog walks, puppy socialising, overnight stays and helped us out on many occasion even at late notice. He has also walked family dogs when they have stayed with us without any issues and they have always had a great time.His love, care, expertise and passion for his job is on another level and Jasper loves him (seems to love mark more than he does us!).Can not recommend him highly enough

Mark is an excellent dog walker, often taking on dogs that need extra help and attention.The dogs are well cared for, he treats them like his own, they are part of the family.Recommend highly.
