Super conscientious massage therapist that listens to what you need and makes you feel relaxed. Great technique and pressure and listens and responds to you and your body to work on what need/want worked on. Really appreciated the brief before the massage and debrief after the massage to check in with myself physically and emotionally before and afterWould highly recommend!

Lovely massage, Iona was very friendly and professional and took the time to find out what I needed from the session. Would recommend and book again.4 stars to reflect that the room was a bit chilly (it was a very cold day) - no reflection of Iona’s skills which were excellent.

I have been really pleased with my massages from Iona. Before getting started she always checks in with how I'm feeling and then incorporates that into the massage she gives. My body feels lighter, my muscles are less tense and I feel more relaxed within myself. Can't wait to come back again!
