As I attended i was met with a nice receptionist. Short waiting time and the staff were brilliant. Spotless facilities and was able have free tea, coffee etc. Calm atmosphere and pleasant staff. Just what you need if your anxious while waiting for procedures.

Brilliant treatment and staff felt very well looked after especially Rosie who made me feel alot more relaxed and comfortable and supplied with hot chocolate. Dr Tsakiris was brilliant very start to end as we're the entire nursing and surgical team. Food was ok private room clean and everything ran like clockwork. Some of the admin did get few things wrong booked a extra appointment before surgery which was not needed and Dr couldn't understand why and surgery was put back a week which was fine things happen. But got a phone call day before surgery saying bloods had expired and had to get up there that day have them done, lucky don't live to far but could see it being a problem if you were unable drive etc at such short notice. But care side I'd give 6 stars.

This hospital is amazing. So pleased with the outcome of my operation (lumbar nerve decompression). It has far exceeded my expectations. Surgeon, Mr Hamad, is really nice, easy to talk to and has brilliant skills. Owe him so much for eliminating all that leg pain thus giving me a new lease of life. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring spinal surgery.I would highly recommend this hospital for its care and expertise . Thank you so much.

Great service and excellent doctors, I've used this hospital twice during the last 24 months for 2 different surgical treatments (knee and shoulder injuries). Both procedures went well, and the service was excellent. The only challenge with the hospital it theirs bookings system and admin side its out of date and required some upgrade. I ended up chasing surgeon's admins myself and ringing to receive updates every 5 days to book my next appointment. But as soon as you are booked in, then everything goes smoothly.

I have made many visits to the Nuffield North Staffordshire Hospital over the last 12 months and I can only say the service and care you get from the moment you enter the front door to when you leave is outstanding, This applies to everyone I dealt with, from the reception staff, the lady who made me numerous cups of tea, the medical Nursing staff and the consultants I dealt with, Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to all for making my visits so pleasurable and as I have quite a few more visits coming up please keep up the amazing job you do.Thank you.Colin Critchlow

Service was excellent. Staff brilliant and caring. Procedure’s explained before op in great detail . Room was great . The hospital bed was amazing I want one at home . Saw the consultant and everything explained. Menu for food . Amazing food . Family members could order food , obviously they have to pay for it . It’s worth paying private if you have got the money to do so . Sorry NHS but no waiting around for hours for a procedure then its cancelled. This hospital has got everything at a price . £££

Having waited over 1 hour 20 minutes on Monday 27th March 2023 I eventually connected to one of your call centre colleagues so that I could book a follow up outpatient appointment. Having made the appointment (which took nearly 15 minutes) I asked whether I would receive a confirmation by text or email. I specifically asked this question as my previous appointment was a complete mess with my details being incorrect.I was assured that I would receive confirmation immediately after the call however here I am over 24 hours later with no confirmation!I’ve emailed twice and yet still no reply and I’m currently trying to contact your bookings team on the telephone. At the time of writing this email I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes!!!It’s a pity because the consultant that I’m under and his secretary are really responsive. It’s such a pity that the administration is so poor.I would find an alternative…

I had an outpatient appointment with gastroenterologist Dr. Srisha Hebbar to find out why I cannot digest fat.At the start of the appointment he refused to let me speak. He held up the palm of his hand to me, and said Ssh"

I've just come back from an appointment with the neurologist Dr Al-Araji and was blown away by how thorough he was and with such a lovely manner that instantly put me at ease.As a person with an array of symptoms that has been disbelieved by almost every medical professional I've seen, Dr Al-Araji was a much needed breath of fresh air.He ruled out MS, which was my main concern, along with other serious neurological conditions whilst also stating he believes my symptoms are real, even if not measurable by an MRI or blood tests - this meant a great deal to me.It's remarkable how many other medical professionals are quick to write you off as someone who has it 'all in their head' when presenting with multiple, seemingly unrelated symptoms, especially when that person is a woman. He's prescribed medication that may help with some of the symptoms and sent me away with a plan for what to try next, which is all I really wanted.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Al-Araji to anyone with MS-like symptoms. I struggle to believe you'd find a better doctor in this field than him.The hospital itself was easy to find, had good parking, the receptionist was friendly and the waiting area clean and comfortable.
