I have used Jo for a consultation on my North facing garden , she was incredibly professional and wonderfully inspirational . I was impressed with her ability to understand my needs but to deliver beyond expectation , No wonder she is a Gold Medal winner at Chelsea ! Fantastic service and highly recommended . THANK YOU !

I would strongly NOT recommend doing business with Jo as she will most likely let you down if my own experience is anything to go by. I lost money that I doubt I will ever get back giving her the benefit of the doubt. Stopped answering calls and emails and messages left with PA.Seemed very disorganised (like her head was up in the clouds) and I found her very unreliable and unprofessional. Jo is not somebody you can trust to deliver what was agreed and therefore her word is quite worthless. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money and avoid at all costs.

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to share my experience as I used Jo Thompson's services for my country garden in Kent. I found her unreliable and very disorganised. I wouldn't recommend using her garden design services. I ended up dealing directly with the landscaper which proved much easier.
