Toby Carvery Strathclyde Park
Very disappointed at the ridiculous price hike!!!Used to go quite frequently and enjoyed the food which I considered good value. It is absolutely NOT good value now. We left and went elsewhere when we saw the carvery price.I wondered why it was much less busy than it used to be, I soon found out!!

Terrible experience at Toby Carvery Strathclyde.Getting to the carvery on a busy roundabout is a nightmare.It took about 10-15 minutes to be seen by a waitress. When I was asking what I wanted from the menu, she walked off half way as I was speaking.The waitress in question was coughing all over the restaurant without covering her mouth. She also went on to talk to customers about how much of a bad day/week she has had at work. Very unprofessional.When the food arrived, it was cold.To top it all off, there was constant banging and drilling going on due to building works.Very disappointed at this carvery. Never had such a bad experience.

Our server Michelle was fantastic, so kind and attentive. It was super busy but none of the staff seemed rattled.The food was absolutely delicious, the kids even raved about every bite (they are a tough crowd).Lastly the value for the quality and quantity of food was amazing!Please come to Canada and open a carvery in British Columbia, we will be waiting!

Great location and service and selection of beers. Been a few times when staying at the nearby campsite. Won't be back though, just got served a £100 fine by 'euro car parks' while transferring my sister and her wheelchair from one car to another in their car park. I didn't see any new sign. Disappointed to say the least and has ruined what was an enjoyable venue.

We really enjoy this offering affordability and a lovely atmosphere. Most recently, we celebrated our annual Thanksgiving We were very impressed with the professionalism from the Manager Jo-Anne. As always the compliments to the chef for the delicious cuisine, and the team at the buffet area. We were also blown away by the suberb service by our waiter Jamie, and we look forward to our next visit.

This was the best Toby carvery I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many over the years. The food was hot, tasty and the meat carver was surprisingly generous! The gravy was top tier, so rich and beefy. Staff member Jamie was extremely helpful, cheery and a credit to the restaurant. Will definitely be back soon.

Not at all happy. Service.was.good,.but the food wasnt up to it's usual standard. Everything seemed look warm and wasn't being replaced even the macaroni was burnt at the bottom of.the dish. I was.always a regular, but this has put me.off.

Food was absolutely delicious. We chose the carvery option and I was so glad we did because it was the most enjoyable meal I have had from a restaurant in quite a while.The meats were perfectly cooked and so were the varied selections of veg' and side options.My husband had only one criticism, which was about the temperature of the food. He felt his plate was cold to begin with, which meant that his food cooled even quicker and he would have enjoyed it more if the everything was warmer.Other than that little issue, we both thought it was a very tasty lunch and we look forward to visiting again.

Room was large, clean good size tv, over all good room, small thing bathroom smaller for size of room half shower door could be awkward for some guests. But don't be put off, we'll worth looking at if on a long trip as close to motorway, yet still quite room.So glad I try a night, and will use again.Good walk after dinner.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff where very friendly and polite, and Madison was extremely helpful from the minute we walked into the restaurant with a warm friendly welcome, seating us at a nice table, and she was very attentive for the whole period while we had our meal. Such a polite young lady, thank you.
