I love Gabriella and Victoria. Their customer service is excellent and the luxury dermaplain and aromatherapy facials are amazing for skin care and a must for relaxing and wellbeing and a well deserved treat I give myself once a month. I highly recommend them.

Had the most incredible Indian head message today... I've visited many salons, had many facials and massages over the years... But this one was amazing... Gabriel had the gentlest touch, so methodical... I felt instantly relaxed from the start... And instead of thinking 'that went quick!'... I felt like it lasted for hours...

I have been a customer on and off for the last 4 years . I don’t know the name of the Beautian who is very good and usually does my LVL lashes enhancer, however, in this occasion I was seen by a different beautician who was very nice and chatty, I really liked her so I tipped her £10. However, my lashes were almost back to their own original shape after just three days, so I called so that the problem could be fixed. I was told that they were fully booked on the next Saturday and I was told that it was not recommended to do the lashes again so soon and that they were going to fix things in 6 weeks. It was agreed that it would be complimentary, but I was charged. When I explained the situation I was told by the beautician that she didn’t know anything about the situation and she considered that 50% off was reasonable.I feel cheated because my lashes had lasted only 3 days, I paid £49, but I paid for nothing. I don’t understand how they could charge me again to fix a problem they created ? Not good enough.I won’t go back.

I’ve been several times to get different treatments done and every time it has been a relaxing and an enjoyable experience. The beauticians are all very lovely and welcoming and have done an amazing job with every treatment I’ve had. I’m so happy with my new classic lashes, they look so thick and fluffy while still looking natural and not too heavy which isn’t something I’ve had before. Thank you so much, I couldn’t recommend enough!

A lovely friendly professional service. I have Victoria do my eyelashes and her attention to detail has never left me disappointed. Today I had an amazing massage from Gabriela. I have already booked the next one. I cannot recommend enough ❤️❤️

Cannot recommend this place enough. Such an escape to come here for treatments. Welcoming staff, nice atmosphere and chic rooms. Faultless service and competitive pricing. I can't stop booking treatments.

I cannot recommend this salon enough. Victoria goes above and beyond to always make me feel welcome, and I am never disappointed with all of my treatments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyelash extensions, and love the atmosphere of the salon. All of the girls are lovely and due to this I have been a returning customer to the salon for a number of years.

Possibly the worst top lip and chin wax I have ever had.Several hairs were missed and I quite easily removed them myself at home, with tweezers.I have also been left with scabby patches where the wax was. After three days, these are starting to heal but they were so bad, that I cancelled two weekend nights out due to not being able to hide them with makeup. It seems that a top layer of skin had been ripped off a little too deep.I won't be going there again and it has now put me off waxing, which previously I had never had a bad experience of.

Amazing lash lifts and pedicures (the treatments I have tried so far). Professional and hospitable team! I also treated my mum to their back massage and she absolutely loved it.
