Fish and chips not good will not be back. Shame, used to like it. I notice all replies are just cut and paste. What a waste of time.

Churchill's is the best fish and chip shop for miles around. It is exceptionally busy at peak times, so it's not uncommon to have a short wait even though they're well staffed to cover service. It's well worth the wait!There is a dining room here, and although I've never used it, it does appear to be popular.

Had a meal yesterday, plenty of food as I didn't eat it all. Will definitely be ordering again while I'm down here. Got a large fish and chips, the fish was in a separate box but I put it on top of my chips.☺️(there was lots of chips but I pushed half of them up)

Very acceptable fish and chips!Had 3 X senior meals - enough for us! Plus a regular meal. Tasty andgood value at £23. Good friendly service.

Very poor quality fish and very small portion. Medium cod was 6 1/2 inches long and tapered from 1 1/2 inches to nothing. Large chips - small portion size and undercooked.

Very poor service, the two girls behind the counter were too busy eating sweets with the delivery driver and constantly touching their hair to bother doing any work. Told us there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait, half an hour later we left with one freshly cooked piece of fish and one that was totally dried out from sitting on the hot plate. Won't be returning any time soon... £30 for 2 portions of fish and chips and a curry sauce I'd expect it to be higher quality.
