Deva Blinds

AVOID! Appointment made by company for 2-5pm so I set aside 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon however work meant I may be running a little late. Before the day I asked if appointment could be closer to 5 but was told it was to be 2pm or not at all as he works longs hours. Glad I didn’t get a quote with this attitude! Have also since read reviews on trust pilot and realise I had a lucky escape!

Terrible. £500 each for blinds fitted to velux windows and broken twice. Waiting since March to be fixed despite calling company numerous times and being promised a repair. Poor service!

Awful , blinds fitted throughout house. Roller blinds broke within the first year. Lounge blinds are all different sizes. All the blind pelmets have warped or fallen off . Did get in contact with Deva blinds especially about replacement for lounge bay window and to no avail. Never would use again sadly

Thought I was ordering from a local company, as with other reviews I would never use this company again, paid up front ( fool ) quote was expensive but thought we dealing with a professional company and getting a quality product, how wrong I was. Delivery of blinds was 4 weeks and 3 of the 5 blinds were 50% wider than the window,took another 4 weeks to get replacements, which I had doubts about receiving. No contact from the company at any point

SHOCKING service. Paid for 3 fitted solar velux blinds upfront. One broke within months, took forever to get it replaced only for it to break again within weeks. I have lost count of the phone calls and emails made to Deva blinds with no response. When you call Alan or Paul are always 'out' so unable to take your call, but never respond to messages left.Do not use this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!If I could give less than one star or a negative amount that would be better.We ordered 27 perfect fit blinds from Paul who did the measuring and very quickly took our money up front. No paperwork followed despite our requests. Annoyed with myself by paying over £4000 upfront! Very expensive for what they are. Less than half arrived to be fitted by Alan who was very apologetic and said that Paul had measured them wrongly. Said he’d sort it and reorder. Tried to ring Paul but he declined to speak to us, no apology or explanation from Paul. Alan returned with the rest of the blinds but there was still a problem. It took over six weeks and 3 different visits to get the blinds fitted and no apology whatsoever from Paul or the company. Disgusting appalling service from this company and they are still getting away with treating customers atrociously. Please don’t use this company!! Please heed the warnings in all the reviews
