Visited 4 times Heriots lakeside. I am really amazed about the customer service we just received in Lakeside branch. We been served by lady named Ernesta. I am not sure who’s in charge in employee training but this is the way should patisserie serve! Beautiful words, extremely good knowledge about the product, smile constantly…- and of course sales pitch…Thank you once again! I am happy that I found now my new favourite patisserie!

Came here not too long ago, the food was amazing and the service was even better. Beautiful place, very clean and i felt very comfortable and welcomed by all the staff members. 10/10 would 100% recommend to anyone who's looking for a bite!

Amazing customer service, Megan was wonderful and very friendly. Her customer service skills were excellent (as were her sales skills *wink*. Ernesta had beautiful handwriting skills. Thank you so girls, I will definitely be returning.

I was very excited to taste the cakes for this special brand.When I first arrived at the location in Lakeside mall , I couldn’t choose.The operative , a blonde woman, I can’t remember her name , probably Ernesta she was very kind and guided my to make the best choice based on my family’s tastes.Black Forest enchanted me.. I would recommend the red velvet which is leaving a rainbow on your mouth.I will definitely come back again, specially for Christmas time.Thank you , Ernesta !

Travelled 2 hours for my bday treat! Had a lovely day out shopping and stopped at Heriots Patisserie before leaving! Spoke to the wonderful Ernesta who served me, she was truly wonderful and took her time giving me recommendations and ideas as I wanted to take everything! 10/10 service! I’d recommend to everyone!
