came here on a free day pass not coming back there was no staff around weights missing and weights all over the gym floor.

Not very good communication! They cancelled Aquarobics session last Tuesday but I wasn't told. I've just phoned to check about tomorrow's and surprise... it's been cancelled again but nobody's told me. The girl on the phone said she's called me but a foreign male answered my phone and couldn't understand... Well, I'm Spanish but live with my English husband who speaks very good English.. and Spanish! And I haven't had any phone call at all!... also, my not very good review is because the water is very dirty! Plasters and other things swim in the pool along with you!

Well equipped gym with spinning room. Good range of equipment plus 20m pool, 2 jacuzzis and a big steam room. Not too busy.

The museum itself was good, the guys hovering around wanting to give you the guided tour are a pain, you have to be very firm with them and just tell them no, do not use the cash machines on site.......... we took 6000 LE out of one machine and the notes were torn and sellotaped about a 1000 LE worth that the ticket booth in the grounds refused to take it because it was damaged this was back MISR so avoid like the plague

I struggle when I join a gym, I think people are watching me and judging me, but at Everlast carlisle, the staff are brilliant and make me so comfortable, I have a program I follow and I have got into a good routine. Well done and keep up the great work you do.

The changing rooms are clean and well maintained, and there is a lovely pool and steam room. But the best thing was the staff: they were friendly and kind, and made me feel most welcome. I will definitely come again.

Looks like a good gym but it's not open 24/7 like the gym opposite, has a sports direct shop above the gym which is where I was getting the boy some footy boots.

Equipment is OK.No facilities to clean Equipment before or after use .Changing room is looking tired.Showers are filthy and smelly with mildew on the tiles .

Got a free day pass. The experience was truly awesome. Would want to permanently join the gym but my schedule is tight at the moment
