Be warned that this garage will do you over! I honestly can’t believe that the each person that works here is a qualified mechanic for the services that I have received.In June 2022, I had an exhaust fitted on my 2019 car, to which a few days later came loose as it wasn’t fitted right and was checked by two other mechanics at other garages to verify this and they advised to go back as they didn’t even want to touch it because of how poorly it had been fitted. I had only had my car 4 months so a bill of £490 for an exhaust which wasn’t fitted correctly was a hard hit. I took the car back and was told that any further damage would be at my expense, despite them making the error.I let the previous issue slide as it could’ve been just the one mechanics fault at the time so I returned when I could hear a noise coming from the rear of the car when going over speed bumps. As I have previously had this issue, with another car, I assumed it was either the bearings or the suspension. The mechanic was adamant that it was the rear wishbones that needed replacing, however the car is only 5 years old and he never took it off the ramp to hear the noise for himself.As soon as I took it off the car park and paid the £350 fee, the noise returned. As the pointless work has been completed, I cut my ties with this garage and went to another who said the work that they had done was pointless. The issue was diagnosed and corrected first time by this mechanic at a fraction of the cost.Never again will I use this garage that seems to diagnose with just their eyes and poorly developed minds. You wouldn’t let a medical professional diagnose with just their eyes and smack you with a hefty bill. Get a proper mechanic to run all tests before punching numbers into a calculator.

Honest advice, courteous & professsional service and a decent price for on the spot replacement tyres.Branch staff cannot match online prices exactly, but, for instant service, price was close enough.Good tread & great EU fuel, water dispersal & dB (noise) rating for budget tyres (Autogreen SC2)

I had a puncture late Friday night I rang Saturday morning and within an hour they were at the location I ad left the van and fixed it . To say I am impressed is an understament he was punctual efficient and a really nice chap I've used this company many times and always had excellent service but never knew they came out to sort.Many thanks I am very grateful this van is a business providing services in the community and were stuck without it . So very happy it wasn't out of service too long. Highly recommended

Friendly polite and happy staff....Said they couldn't be beaten on price. I made 2 phone calls and got a better price from burnley budget exhaust and tyre. I rang them back as I had been told to if I found a better price.... they said they would match it. Fair enough... u matched it but u couldn't beat it! It was £20 cheaper too....

Don't believe them if they say we can't fix the puncture you need to buy a new tyre.I put new tires on the car and after 3 days one tyre went flat. I take my car over there and they check and say sorry we can't fix this puncture because the nail is driven into the tyre it's not straight, so you have to buy a new tyre.I said yes this is fine this is a brand-new tire and I have purchase extended warranty for this tire can you change to new tyre and after that they said let's try to fix it first due to warranty and they fixed it finally, amazing.

Took one of our van in because the tyre was nearly flat to be told they could not do it till 2:30 in the afternoon. my replay was not even for an emergency (no we are to busy)
