Alice is the best! I can highly recommend Alice’s hypnobirthing course. After the weekend we spend with Alice we felt well informed and positive about labour, even looking forward to it. Alice kept supporting us through the last weeks of pregnancy when “complications” arose.Being a midwife she could give us information on how it goes in birth centre, delivery room and operating theatre.From the moment you sign up, you’ll have access to the padlet which contains well of information about hypnobirthing, labour, 4th trimester to study on your own. I found the course Align you baby, included in Alice’s course, very helpful as well.Alice is amazing teacher and has a big heart. With her help you will get rid of all fears that might be haunting and you will be prepared to birth your baby however in decides to come and enjoy it all the way.

I attended pregnancy relaxation classes with Alice for several weeks which then led to me booking a weekend Hypnobirthing course. At the start of my pregnancy I was nervous and anxious but Alice’s teachings led me to have a relaxed and smooth pregnancy. As a couple we were well prepared for birth and the challenges that we faced. I would highly recommend Alice’s relaxation classes and the Hypnobirthing course.

Alice at Connect Hypnobirthing changed our pregnancy and birth journey for the better.To make the most of hypnobirthing you really need someone with the right knowledge and personality to guide you through it. Alice is the perfect teacher with a wealth of experience as a hypnobirthing tutor, mother and practicing midwife. You really couldn’t be in better hands.Before meeting Alice we were apprehensive, and maybe a little frightened about childbirth. Seeing it as something to be endured rather than an amazing life experience, but Alice taught us hypnobirthing practices and techniques that helped my partner and I prepare for and embrace childbirth with positivity. And not just that, she shared the science and biology of birth, educating us on exactly what to expect during each stage of labour, explaining the various options and choices available to us and helped us think about what we would and would not want. Alice hosted a fantastic hypnobirthing course that left us feeling informed, positive and re-assured towards the birth of our baby. We attended Alice's hypnobirthing class on the weekend and cannot recommend it enough. This is our second child and we didn't practice or know much/anything about hypnobirthing for our first but was interested to find out more. We first went to Alice's taster sessions, which I thought was an excellent way to find out a bit more about hypnobirthing and if this was something we wanted to pursue. The taster session gave a fantastic overview to hypnobirthing and Alice is such a lovely person that we booked on to the weekend course. The weekend course was excellent, allowing us to meet with other hypnobirthing couples in a relaxed, friendly environment whilst learning and practicing various aspects of hypnobirthing. Alice is a wonderful teacher, very passionate and in tune with parent’s needs. Her experience as a practicing midwife enables you to also gain unbiased knowledge into how labour is managed within the NHS, enabling you to become aware of options you could choose during your own pregnancy/labour. This course has made me feel very confident and equipped in creating a positive birth experience, thank you Alice!
