I had my last FaceSTIM treatment with Barbara today. It’s part of a course of 6. I have already started to see the results. Barbara is the most professional therapist I’ve ever seen. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about treatments and products. She’s passionate about skincare and I know her recommendations are what’s good for me. I feel no pressure to purchase any treatments/products, but everything I have bought produces the results she says I will get. I have complete faith in Barbara to make first class recommendations.

Wonderful place to be pampered and taken care of- a real Gem here in Ascot. Staff are lovely and always so polite. Excellent standard of services and a very relaxing experience. Definitely recommend!

Being a long term customer who has made huge contributions you'd think they would keep thier word when selling me a course of facials (maybe the 5th or 6th course) on top of everything else purchased. They didn't...... and actually denied saying anything at all so on that note I would never recommend such an immoral salon where money supercedes customer service morals values...... I explained this to my friends and family in the ascot area they too have decided to find a new salon. We're all for humanity at the end of the day not riping people off for a short term win. Please do not reply with an apology or explanation - you ripped me and my husband off

Lovely, staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable, just feel so welcome when at Aura Spa. Right place to relax and get an amazing facial. Seen huge improvement on my skin since going for treatments for past 10 months. Would definitely recommend x
