I booked an appointment with Porthcawl Sports Therapy after suffering with a bad shoulder for months. I wish I'd booked in sooner. Gareth is very professional and thorough; his knowledge and skills are exceptional whilst also making you feel at ease during your visit. He's never failed to sort out any ailment I've had. I would recommend Gareth all day long, he is simply fantastic at his job!

Had an appointment with Gareth Charnock this afternoon for sports massage/treatment for hamstring/calves/glutes, it was an incredibly professional and excellent service, would highly recommend to anyone, after my first treatment I already feel the benefits, excellent value for money too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Previously I had been receiving regular chiropractic treatment but occasionally I would still experience back problems. On a friend's recommendation, I decided to try Gareth. Had several treatments now and have not looked back. Excellent service!! (and I no longer need a chiropractor)

Went to see Gareth after suffering badly with lower back problems. Tried countless chiropractors, acupuncture and other remedies. He sorted the issue very quickly and had me up and on my feet after the first appointment. I would highly recommend a visit
