Over the last couple of weeks I have visited Mulroy's . After a recent accident, my wife had to have her wedding ring of 35 years cut off resulting in a plate being inserted in her left wrist. As a result we were on the lookout for a replacement wedding ring. We were looking for a diamond set ring and found an ideal replacement in Mulroy's. As a result of the accident my wife's finger is now a size n and a half. Unbelievably this ring was a perfect fit.The shop owner Jonny was extremely helpful. After explaining that this was a family business we ended up purchasing the 18ct gold channel set ring. Jonny was not at all pushy and in fact we walked around the block before returning to buy it. All the staff at this shop are especially friendly and we have been back in order to have my wife's other rings re - sized. On collecting my wife's rings we noticed a diamond set ring to fit my husband and we have subsequently bought this. Jonny was extremely fair with both the re sizing of my rings( cost wise) and similarly my husband's new ring needed going up 3 sizes and he did this at no extra charge. It is nice to see a company like this showing such consideration to customers'. Keep up the great work. It is a pleasure to shop at this jeweller's. At all times you are kept at ease and very comfortable. All they need is an oxygen bottle to get over the shock of spending the money( ha ha )

Took some inherited jewellery to be valued for insurance purposes. Both staff I dealt with were so prefect and understanding and I was able to walk away with both the jewellery and paperwork the same day. They went above and beyond to even clean the jewellery too. I cannot recommend enough and will certainly be back to buy further jewellery, repairs, plating or future valuations.

Had a ring to sell. Insurance valuation from 4 years ago £3,500. They offered me £500. Doesn't seem like a fair price to me.They had a good range of nice looking stock
