Surbiton Laundrette

Went in October 2020. The place is owned/run by two brothers who run the place very efficiently. The one I first saw could not help enough and the place is very clean and tidy; only three of us in on a Wednesday afternoon. Will definitely go there again when I need large bedding etc to wash. Thanks guys!!

The cleanliness of the machines, and overall is shocking, dirty inside the compartments you put your detergent etc in, like caked on with washing powder, the floor is dusty and dirty so wouldn't want to drop any clean clothes on the floor. £8 for the big washing machine which isn't too bad, could fit a good 2/3 loads in one which is great. No washing powder on sight so not great if you've forgotten your own (in a rush) only came because my washing machine died today and new one not coming till Tuesday.Overall the value isn't too bad at all, but the cleanliness is disgusting. I'm hoping my laundry will come out okay.Shop owners should think about hiring a cleaner to clean the machines and floord etc.

We went to do some washing today but it's difficult to find 10 ×£1 coins,after begging the guy in the off license i managed to get 5× £1 coins,after we put the laundry in and put the money in the mashine just won't start,and noone to ask or call,so we had no choice but to leave the money and take our still dirty clothes .Very annoying!!!

The worst dry cleaning and customer service I have ever experienced. I took in some trousers with a water mark on them and upon collection it was clear that they had not been cleaned at all. When I asked for a refund from the attendant I was instead put on the phone with the owner who I showed the stain to via FaceTime. Tony was obscenely rude over the phone while raising his voice at me, refused to provide a refund and said that the stain not being cleaned was 'my opinion'. I warn anyone who cares about their clothes to never use this place for anything.

I have visited once and for sure will be the last one. Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful attendant, don’t bother to greet and thanks me as a customer, seems that I was bothering her time when I was asking instructions to use the machines. Please don’t go to this place !!!

Place was dirty, unkempt and sticky. Attendant is extremely rude and unhelpful. Would rather wash my clothes at home by hand. Half of the washers and 3/4 of the dryers did not work and when I lost money in the machines the attendant refused to give my money back....DO NOT GO!!! Unless you don't mind unclean clothes and being out of pocket £19 for a single wash and dry.....terrible place. Should be shut down!!!!

Nothing wrong with this laundromat. Works perfectly well to wash and dry laundry.

Very unpleasant woman works weekdays, very unhelpful and rude. all machines used recently do not provide hot water even on hot wash. Dirty and machines always clogged up with powder from previous washes

Washing machine took my £7 and never turned on. There was nobody to help. Even calling the place absolute scam.

Improved greatly since my last visit a few years ago. All the machines were working and clean. I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner by the gentleman in charge. A relaxed and satisfactory visit. I will have no apprehension of using this launderette again.
