Arbons Carpet & Flooring

Being relatively new to the area, we Googled flooring companies and, after looking at reviews, decided to visit Arbons Carpet and Flooring shop. We are so glad we did! We wanted to replace the living room and hall carpet for a laminate, as this is what we had in our previous home, and with 2 Labradors, thought this would wear better. We spoke with a lovely gentleman who was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and gave us as much of his time as we needed. We spotted Moduleo flooring, to be honest, I’d never heard of it, but it looked more up to date and a more practical product for our needs. We left with samples and an appointment for John to come to our home and measure up. I’m a key worker so wasn’t home when John and Steve fitted the flooring but did I get a surprise when I came home from work! I don’t use the word “wow” often, but this was a definite “WOW” it is absolutely stunning! And folks, so much warmer and quieter than laminate! There is a scree underneath and the floor is cozy, no cold toes! The attention to the smallest details is obvious. Its not often these days that you get old fashion values – so thank you so much John and Steve, we couldn’t be happier!

Arbons have been brilliant throughout the process. Having been to several other local carpet showrooms in the quest for a stair runner and having actively been ignored in some of them, I received a warm welcome in the Arbons showroom and was helped to find a design that matched my requirements.Throughout they have been professional and punctual, and I am really pleased with the finished runner and carpet, and the quote was actually lower than I had expected too, which was a nice bonus.

We have recently used Arbons for a large bedroom carpet and a replacement stair runner and landing carpet.The shop has a good selection of options and John was very helpful explaining the differences and benefits of different options.Fitting was done with great care and left a lovely finish in the bedroom.The stairs were fitted with a runner and stair rods after we were given lots of different options with the suggested solution not being the most expensive!We are very pleased with the final products and would absolutely recommend the Company.

John and his team fitted lVT & carpet throughout my property. From start to finish the installations were excellent. A great company all around!

Arbons fitted flooring throughout our entire ground floor and both bathrooms. The work was done with speed and precision and only took two days. The fitters were extremely professional and courteous, and were able to deal with the endless stuff we had everywhere while fitting. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

I've recently had new hard flooring and new carpets installed by Arbons, and I'm delighted with the results. They were very helpful in the store when I was making choices and the work was completed promptly, efficiently and to a high standard. John and his staff were also really helpful with moving heavy furniture, and everything was left beautifully tidy at the end. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We needed a carpet and our experience with Arbons was nothing short of excellent. In the shop the staff were friendly and very helpful with a good selection of flooring from established companies.The free visit to measure and quote was really useful with a good suggestion on how we could save money. The quote compared favourably with bigger chains.The fitting was confirmed for less than 2 weeks later and the service we received was excellent.Would definitely recommend and use again.

We chose Arbons for our new living room and stairs carpets as we prefer to use independent businesses as find the service they provide is better than big national companies.I visited the shop to have a look at the wide selection of carpets then John brought samples to us to make our final selection and measured the rooms at a time to suit us.A date for fitting was quickly arranged and the fitter did an excellent job. We're very happy with our new carpets and will definitely go to Arbons again when we want to recarpet our bedrooms.

These guys are first class and very professional. The showroom is friendly with plenty of samples that you can take home if you want. Peter is very helpful and gives good advice. We chose a Harvey Maria floor for our kitchen. The site survey and fitting were excellent. John and his team paid great attention to detail and were very thorough. The were also clean and tidy.
